Saturday:
We rode 5.5 hours and ran 40min off the bike. Temps were in the 100s when we got off the bike, and by the time we were done with our run, it got up to 108+...HOT!

Sunday: Did not really go as I planned. I sprained my ankle 5 miles into my long run, so I instantly stopped and hitch hiked back to Dan's place. Hoping it won't be too bad of an injury before Kona! 3 weeks to go!!
